Service Description
18x17x16 commercial bounce house with slide. $190 full-day rental. Free delivery in our Downriver service area. Delivery outside the Downriver area may be available for an additional travel fee. $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Customers should expect to review and sign a safety waiver before setup. Rentals may be canceled for unsafe weather, including winds over 15 mph; if we cancel for unsafe weather, your deposit is protected. DELIVERY & TRAVEL FEES The first 20 total round-trip miles are included. For locations beyond 20 total round-trip miles, the travel fee is $2 per additional mile. Mileage is based on the total distance traveled from our business location to your event location and back — not one-way mileage. Your exact travel fee is confirmed based on the event address before your reservation is finalized.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy The $25 deposit is required to reserve your rental date and is non-refundable if the customer cancels. Customers may request to reschedule their rental, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental whenever possible. If Faith & Fun Inflatables cancels the rental because of unsafe weather or another circumstance on our end, your $25 deposit will be fully protected/refunded. Weather Policy Safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions leading up to each event and reserve the right to cancel a rental when conditions create an unsafe environment for our customers, staff, or equipment. Unsafe conditions may include sustained winds exceeding 15 mph, thunderstorms, severe weather, or other conditions that make setup or operation unsafe. If we cancel because of unsafe weather, your deposit will not be forfeited. We will communicate with you as soon as possible and discuss available options. Waiver Requirement For safety and liability purposes, all customers are required to review and sign the applicable safety waiver before the rental is set up and used. Delivery Free delivery is available within our Downriver service area. Deliveries outside the Downriver service area may be available for an additional travel fee, depending on the location.
