Cancellation Policy

Equipment Damage & Card on File Policy (JBL Speaker Rentals) A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve the JBL PartyBox speaker package and will be kept on file for the duration of your rental. The renter is responsible for all rented equipment, including speakers, microphones, chargers, and cables, from the time of delivery until pickup. If any equipment is damaged, lost, stolen, or not returned in the condition in which it was delivered, Faith & Fun Inflatables will charge the card on file up to $500 to cover repair or replacement costs. Before any charge is processed, we will notify you with photos and an itemized explanation of the damage and associated costs. To protect the equipment, please keep it away from water, pools, sprinklers, and inflatables, and move it indoors in the event of rain. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Cancellation Policy The $25 deposit is required to reserve your rental date and is non-refundable if the customer cancels. Customers may request to reschedule their rental, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental whenever possible. If Faith & Fun Inflatables cancels the rental because of unsafe weather or another circumstance on our end, your $25 deposit will be fully protected/refunded. Weather Policy Safety is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions leading up to each event and reserve the right to cancel a rental when conditions create an unsafe environment for our customers, staff, or equipment. Unsafe conditions may include sustained winds exceeding 15 mph, thunderstorms, severe weather, or other conditions that make setup or operation unsafe. If we cancel because of unsafe weather, your deposit will not be forfeited. We will communicate with you as soon as possible and discuss available options. Waiver Requirement For safety and liability purposes, all customers are required to review and sign the applicable safety waiver before the rental is set up and used. Delivery Free delivery is available within our Downriver service area. Deliveries outside the Downriver service area may be available for an additional travel fee, depending on the location.
